Reviewer mode: hydrology & WQMP verification of every submittal that lands on your review desk, from any firm, across the cities you review for. Findings return as a cited draft comment letter. Scales to an annual agreement at renewal.

City / Agency $12,000/yr + $5,000/yr per reviewer seat

Reviewer mode for city staff: hydrology & WQMP verification of incoming submittals, the agency's own methodology cartridge, and throughput reporting.

Verification covers hydrology studies and WQMPs, recomputed, cited, and cross-checked against each other. It is not a full plan check of grading, hydraulics, or other disciplines, and it is a software product, not engineering services.

By typing your name below and submitting, you represent that you are authorized to bind the Customer named above, and the Customer agrees to this Order Form and the Master Subscription Agreement it incorporates. This Order Form is effective when countersigned by ParcelOne National, which will be confirmed by email. You will not be invoiced before that confirmation.
